Question how to clean the carb out of a snowblower?

Hey guys, i know this is a dumb question, but i have never done it. Well i have this toro snowblower, and someone suggested to clean out the carb... how to i go about doing this? Please i need to get this working before we get 12" of snow tonight.

unscrew the air filter and spray starting fluid in the little hole then start the engine this will clean the carb out . if this does not work buy a rebuild kit carb kit and install.......yeah the carb is right underneath the filter, it just bolts together.

thanks man.. i did everything last nite, i changed the spark plug, cleaned the filter.. even took the old gas out... i need to go get some carb cleaner and spray it.
