ET: MISSISSAUGA SANTA CLAUSE PARADE (Nov 29/09)
Jay from Elitetuners is organizing this, if anyone is interested please let me know. I'm sure if we have enough AZ members we can hand out AZ cards/banners as well. 
plus its something no other car groups have done!

MISSISSAUGA SANTA CLAUSE PARADE:
The parade will start at approximately 12:50pm on Queen Street South at Britannia Road and travel south through the Village to disperse at various locations after the Church Street junction.
I have been in talks with a couple event co-coordinators from the city of Mississauga. I have expressed interest in bringing a couple cars into the parade, this of course with our banners and any member who wants to walk the route. I have explained to them by that time majority of our cars will be in winter mode. they have said that's fine once we drive in formation.
Members who choose to walk the route will be given candy canes to hand out as well tag cards and hopefully by then we can have some kinda flyer to be handing out. This will be great in showing the community that tuners arent all about street racing and lift a lot of the mis-conseptions about Tuners.
Now for the cost. There is a $25 fee that goes in with the application and is strictly an admin fee. The fee to be in the parade is $200. I figure we have more than enough members on here to share the cost and have our name out there while having some fun. The only problem with this is they have given us one week from today to come up with the funds. I would normally dip into my pockets for this however with an engine re-build and the purchase of a new property combined with the christmas season upon us funds are spread pretty thinly. We are asking all ET/TAC/AZ members to pledge something towards this great event. Be it from $1 to what ever amount you are comfortable with!
