RonJon 3rd Annual Mega Meet, Aug 23rd 2008

This is the correct updated info thread. Attending people, please join the list.

The Following is 100% the finalized place, date and info for the Official RonJon Meet, mods please update the title, thanks.

The new info will be posted on the banner up top in the OT section and on our site by tuesday. Sorry for those who are stuck, but we had to make the date on the 23rd, a day earlier than previously planned, many different reasons.
For now here it is:

Date and time: Saturday, August 23th, 2008, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Place: Parking lot of the The Riverview.
1 Warburton Ave
Hastings On Hudson, NY 10706

Directions: Just go to google and do a search for "The Riverview NY",
or you can mapquest it.

Capacity: 80-100 cars, after that, it will be a safety issue.
Requirements: Since this is organized and paid for, we HAVE to abide by the rules, no burnouts, no excessive revving, and just maintain proper etiquette, but you guys are good with that, just have to put it out there for the 1 or 2 guys who do that sometimes.

Food: BBQ food like hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad, soda and juice, all paid for by RonJon, just show up, this is a catering hall, so they know what they are doing. I had my engagement party there and a bunch of family weddings etc. Nice place really.

Extras: We will NOT be raffling off a set of our wheels but we will be giving out some nice T-shirts, one per person seen here:

Be sure to make it, you don't want to miss this one! First come first serve, after the lot is full, we cannot let anybody else in, it will be a safety hazard. So if you really want to make it, come when it starts at 10:00 am.

i will be the virgin at the meet.. it will be my first time there.. i heard pretty good things about this meet.. I cant wait to go there and meet new people.

This place is nice, similar to last year, but with an better location and a nice winding road that runs parallel with the Hudson River.

this is what we do in our socal thread so that we know whos going, what car, name, and from wut city. plus the most updated list so that no one gets added whos not going, and people dont get left out of the list. hope u guys like it
