The car has a great profile. I think the design surfacing is interesting also... very complex. I wonder what the price point will be.

Does look great!

It looks like this is a set up from a consumer survey thing. Notice how all of the badging is covered with tape for both cars. I did the same thing for the Lincoln truck a few years back.

Huh? Those look like 18". Considering the current Tiburon in top trim wore 17" wheels, I don't see any reason why a new car would not have at least optional 18" wheels in its top trim level.

Kind of looks like a shark fin and I think it works....at least its a change from the norm (see Altima coupe, Accord, etc).

Some initial reported specs....

- 2.0 Liter Turbo will have 215HP 217TRQ. Price starting at $19,900.

- 3.8 Liter V6 will have 300HP and 280 TRQ. Price starting at $25,900.

Features:

Ipod integration in center console.
Bluetooth w/ stock head deck.
Sunroof.
Limited slip.

Marketing will tell if it:
MIGHT have Brembo brake upgrades.
MIGHT have its own badge. (Tuscani for example)
It keeps the LED turn signals on the side mirrors.

2L Turbo numbers arent bad at all. This is gonna be a nice car. Is this the one that's supposed to be RWD on that new platform?

That's the benchmark there shooting for... The Tiburon is the Hyundai "mustang"...

To bad it doesn't have the V8 in it (maybe a future version will)... but with a 300hp v6, it looks like it's right there spec wise with the 'stang...

Wonder what the weight and MPG will be...

I'll have to add the Tiburon to my shopping list. I think a 20K RWD car would work for me...

A cheap rwd car... Hopefully there'll be more competition in this category.

..
Weight is going to be around 3,400-3,500lbs (max).

But it wasn't said if its for the V6 version or not, it better be.

Nope, not seeing it. Hyundai should stick to copying their competitors' design styles.

Well, being the smart company that they are.....I give them credit for moving away from doing such things.

But the answer is easy, don't like it....don't buy it.
