Ok, I read on here a suggestion about running new speaker wire.
Take the NEW wire and insert into the hole in the door (with door panel off) where the new front / rear speakers are going to go. Tape it to the CURRENT stock speaker wire. Lube it up with some WD40 or whatever you choose. Then just pull it through.
Would this eliminate the PITA of trying to fish the wire through that darn door boot etc?
Anyone tried it and ran into some problems etc?
Thanks
