...got pecs?

...so, I found this in another site... I'll admit it... I don't want to take full credit. But this is a video that is VERY informative about the chest workout. By coincident, this takes place at my old gym where I practically grew up... (it used to be Gold's Gym, then it was Powerhouse Gym, then back to Gold's now it's some independent gym... but you can still see the painting on the wall in the back ground). Milos is very knowledgible... though he didn't give any credit to Charles Poliquin-strength coach guru, who he studied under. The video is about 20 minutes long... and it's worth watching... Milos hit me up on training awhile ago... but wanted to charge me something like... $200/session (before I became a tariner), but instead sold me on a training video tape at $30. Anyway, please pay close attention towards the end... or about 15 minutes into the video... he goes into "angles"... which is something a lot of people don't know or understand...

Hope this helps... click below

that was some very good info. I was going through the motions without weight on all the exercises and I can feel what he is talking about with the different chest muscles being worked.

My DSL is being gay. I'll watch it later. I saw up to the flyes. So far no help to me but he clarifies a lot of things I wasn't sure about.

Tried this the other day and I can say that my pecs are more sore than they have been in the past postworkout. I could really feel a difference when you do it that guy's way.

Definitely very informative. Always kinda sucks though when you find out that you're doing things improperly. Time to drop some weight.

I am going to have to disagree on most points with Milos. I mean some basic principles are, in my opinion, wrong. The peak of my disagreement was that when he mentioned that more muscle fibers are engaged with machines as opposed to free weights. Obviously there is a marketing, business related agneda hidden behind his "secrets" here. He basically promotes isolation is a good thing, which in my opinio, is completely wrong.

I have to say you are the oddest body builder I have ever seen. I lifted today with a guy who is 260 and can bench 500 4 times he said basically the same exact shit. Actually all the big guys I have lifted with have said the same thing.

....well, he studied under Charles Poliquin, whose been called "the Guru" in strength training... I think he'd know a little more than... you? (even though he never gives any credit to Charles in any of his video clips) Charles had done tons and tons of research, and base this "principles" NOT only from researches and studies... but also personal experience AND experience in taking someone from "non pro" status to "Pro"

First, I am not a "bodybuilder". Sometimes I pretend being one. However I want to think that I understand how muscles get bigger, stronger and/or more powerful.

Second, when you say, all these other guys have said the same thing, what thing are you referring to, cos Milos said several things and some were correct, but IMO, as I wrote, most were wrong. Which one or ones have your friends confirmed?

Let me guess you're one of those people that promote "core" training?

And I can totally understand how I can be totally misunderstood with my above statements. I dont blame you. Let me try to explain some of the basics:

I dont doubt Milos' knowledge, I doubt how much of his "real" secrets he wants to make public, especially when those secrets are for free.

There is a very specific agenda behind any acclaimed athlete. Usually, if not always, it's attached to money. Saying machines engage more muscle fibers than free weights and promoting isolation-type of lifts, can only intensify one's thoughts about an agenda.

Let me ask you a different way. Do you think that Coleman will come out and share his secrets with us. For free? Even if it were for money, do you think he would?

I agree with Milos in about 98% of his preaching...
