Update on Switchblade Keys...
Hey everyone...
Sorry that I've been out of touch. I had a death in the family and it hit pretty hard.
As a result I lost a weeks work and have been scrambling to get caught up both with my regular job responsibilities as well as with making and processing keys.
Right now I have enough key to fill everyones order today (Wednesday 3/14/07).
This morning I picked up keys from the UPS store.
Please don't place any orders until I've had a chance to take care of those people that have been waiting.
Tonight I will pack up orders and tomorrow morning they will ship.
Once again...
I'm very very sorry that I've been out of touch and will do everything within my power to get everyone squared away.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. 
It's been a tough few weeks.
It really feels good to get back in the saddle and I'm looking forward to a more normal schedule.
I processed a lot of orders tonight and will take care of as many as I can (hopefully the remainder) tomorrow (Thursday).

just to calm everyone down i got an email that my key was on the way. 2 weeks time. BUT.... i sent him a key. highly recomended. he is ordering bulk and im sure acura aint turning them over fast. other than that make sure you include all the right information and then be patient......

Just wanted to know if this is a mod? I did a search and found nothing... Can this be done for a 03 TL? I had the RDX Loaner for a couple of days and would love to have my key just like that!

question to anyone that has programmed there key...i didn't notice ot while I was there but after programming my key my emissions light came on...does it just have to be reset??

I did the "accord key" mod myself not too long ago and I guess I did a shitty job beacuse its falling apart on me. as a result i only have one good key. so I wanna get the switchblade done asap. I live in Ft. Lauderdale (commercial blvd and 95) when you are ready to take more orders can we arange some kinda drop off to avoid shipping costs?

this may be a stupid question...i just joined the forum...i can't seem to pm anyone and i want to order some of those keys...do i have to buy a set of keys and then place and order with pete? or can i just order a set directly from him. Also i do i order from pete? and lastly whats the diff between mem1 and mem 2 keys?.....thanks for the help.....im a newby

Pete is not accepting any orders at the moment. The original thread was deleted with had all the info regarding ordering from him.

You can send pete..an uncut fob or buy them directly from him. The difference in Mem1 and Mem2 is that...Mem1 is program to the setting you use to mem1 and same with 2. I assume you got 2 keys when you got ur car...behind ur remote it should say mem 1 or mem2.
You cant PM cause u need a certain amout of post..not sure maybe 10 post.

I recieved my mem 1 key yesterday, today at work i cut and programmed it myself for no cost, it fits in every lock cylinder great, Thanks to Pete this is the best $95 ive spent on the car!

Can someone post what i have to give the locksmith to do my key? (I didn't get my key from FLBusa yet ordered last week but want to be prepared).
