Board and batton-it is a barn after all

The structure that is going in-between the two will be faced in stone (it is going to look like a silo and contain the staircase to get up to the second floor).

A bit of money . . . I wish.

Although, you are correct-I am looking into solar panels. I am also going to run everything off of rain water. The next big construction project is the 20k gallon tank to store it all.

Not many updates to report-things have been slowing down as I near the completion of the outside.

I think so... I know a guy from work that has automated water collection/purification system set up at his cabin in way, way out west texas desert country... his looks looks sweet... that guy also has a composting toilet to create fertilizer for their garden... ... def one of a kind...

Nice. A lot of people around here have that.


My house has a natural spring that runs out of a hill into a cistern, then it is filtered multiple times as it is pumped to the house.
