Thumbs up CLOSED! Thinjim's Turbo Kit 2003 CLS6

I had bought the kit in hopes of making it fit on my 1st gen. But our sub frames are too different and I couldn't make it work for the life of me. It includes everything he mentions in his thread EXCEPT for the flywheel as that was sold prior to me buying the kit. I bought the turbo kit for $6,000 shipped and will be selling it for $6,000 shipped.

This is for a 2003 Acura Cl Type S 6 speed.

if i had the money..

FYI anyone who's looking to do a turbo.. the GT35 is a perfect match for the engine. and it'll run you close to $1500 just to get that on its own

I'll assist as much as possible for any questions to the new owner. It's a quality kit with quality components and not for the meek at heart.

In a way, certainly. I spent quite a bit of time here and made, what I would consider, many friends. But what drove me away has surfaced in just about every forum now. I call it a general disrespect for all; the inability to treat someone with decency especially when there is no reason not to.

So, if all corners are saturated, I cannot choose where to avoid it. I can just ignore it. But that is a whole other story. I did have a selfish matter to return though; I wanted the GT35 turbo dyno plots as I am considering a similar turbo swap for my 335i. But that again, is another story.

auto tranny

^ cept the fact that the auto tranny will blow up with more than 5 pounds of boost unless you build the auto tranny to handle that kinda hp which will cost about a grand. if you have the money to build the auto tranny go for it, or you can do like me and put a 6 speed in im currently in the process

ADMINS:

Could you please close this thread. I found a shop that is willing to do the custom fabrication needed for new piping to make it fit. Thank you.
