Rain-X Latitude

Price – $18

Performance – All-weather

Lifespan – 6-12 months

Warranty – Lifetime

The Rain-X Latitude wiper blades have come a long way, and now, they work in any weather conditions. Whether you live in the dry desert or the wet ice, these blades will work through it all. These blades feature built-in spoilers for aerodynamic purposes, and even though this won't save you any fuel, it will reduce the noise made by the wind. These blades come ready to be installed, and they are rather easy to do so. Some customers complained that even though the product snapped on easily, the quality was rather poor. Also, some enthusiasts complained that Rain-X works well, but once it pours heavy rain, they start leaving streaks. And when they are used frequently, they last about six months or so. The company seems to stand behind its product, offering the best warranty out of all competitors; of course, the warranty is not against wear, it's only against defects, but it still means something. Recommended if you're looking for a great warranty.

Bosch Icons

Price – $21

Performance – All-weather

Lifespan – 1 year

Warranty – 1 year

The Bosch Icons carry great reputation among forum enthusiasts. These wipers are designed to be quiet, streak-free, and operate smoothly. The Bosch features blended rubber flex material, which resists heat, thus making it last roughly 40% longer than most wiper blades on the market. Even though this product doesn't offer a lifetime warranty like the Rain-X, they offer a one year warranty, which is similar when you calculate the lifespan of these blades. You can say that the Rain-X wanted an appealing warranty, but if your blades wear in six months, you will need to replace them before any defects anyway. If you live in an area where it snows, these will come in handy, as the arm connections protect from snow build-up. Everybody loves this product, and if there are any complaints, they are mostly directed towards the price. But when you compare the quality to most wiper blades out there, it's money well spent. Recommended if you're looking for a great product at a moderate price.

PIAA Super Silicone

Price – $43

Performance – All-weather

Lifespan – 1 year+

Warranty – 1 year

The PIAA Super Silicone windshield wipers feature silicone-infused blades, which allow these wipers to be completely quiet and smooth and increase its lifespan. Depending on where you live, you can get close to three years out of these blades, but if you live in an area where it always snows, expect a little over a year, which is still rather nice when you compare to some of its competitors. With the amount of money you're spending on these, rest assured that they will leave no streaks on your windshield. These wipers come with windshield treatment wipe, which allows it to be even smoother and quieter. If you see any complaints out of these blades, it is due to their high price tag. Some may argue that it's worth it, while others can't justify spending this much on wiper blades. A few enthusiasts mentioned the installation was tricky, but when you read the instructions, it takes some preparation, which adds 20 minutes to the installation process; however, the installation itself is rather simple, just like the rest of the competitors. Recommended if you're looking for the best quality and don't mind spending the money.
