Acura TSX: How to Install LED Dome Lights
Adding LED bulbs to your dome lights can change your Acura TSX's feel. Read on to learn how to do it yourself.

Replacing the dome light bulbs with LED bulbs can change the feel of your interior completely. The dealership would charge you a lot of money, especially because LED bulbs are considered modifications. This procedure can be done at home and you probably won't be facing any issues, so before going to the fancy dealership, consider reading the rest of this article to see how simple it actually is. Make sure you purchase the correct LED bulbs for your specific Acura TSX, have a small flat head screwdriver in hand, and put your reading glasses on to learn how to install LED dome lights.
Materials Needed
- Small flat head screwdriver
- LED dome light bulbs
Step 1 – Remove dome light cover
Using your small flat head screwdriver, gently insert it behind the dome light cover, towards the rear of the car, then pop it off and remove it.
Step 2 – Remove dome light bulb
To remove the bulb, use the same screwdriver to pry it off. Make sure you pry it off from the metal edge, and not the glass part.
Step 3 – Install LED bulb
The LED bulb sits in place perfectly. So align it, and it should be in the shape of the inside of the dome light, then gently press on it until it clicks in place. Before installing the cover, press the button next to it to ensure it's seated and working properly. Install the cover in place.
